Commemorating 30 Years of Newpoint

Newpoint is located on Lady’s Island just across the river from historic Beaufort, SC. The 53-acre neighborhood broke ground in 1992. Neighbors asked me to speak at their 30th Anniversary commemoration on Sunday, February 26. The anniversary was actually last year, but hey, Lowcountry time! ;-)

Here’s the presentation with captions to make it easy to follow. I rolled out a few hand grenades at the end to give neighbors something to think about.
